Plan Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone signing up for a Crunch membership plan, as detailed below. By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to the following terms, along with our general Terms of Use.
Crunch may offer alternate plans, discounts, or extended access at its discretion. These may be made available through select promotions, partnerships, or invitation-only programs, and may be subject to separate terms and eligibility criteria.
CRUNCH MEMBERSHIP (30 DAY FREE TRIAL)
1. Trial Offer
New users are eligible to receive free access to the Crunch membership platform for 30 days.
The free trial includes full access to all Crunch features, including masterclasses, templates, community access, and live coaching sessions.
2. Subscription & Billing
At the end of the 30-day free trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription of $49 AUD per month, unless cancelled beforehand.
An email reminder will be sent 3 days prior to the end of the trial period, notifying you that billing will commence unless you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your trial at any time before the 30-day period ends to avoid being charged.
To cancel, log in to your Crunch account and follow the steps in your account settings, or contact our support team prior to the trial expiry date.
4. Eligibility
The 30-day trial is available to new Crunch users and is limited to one per person.
Crunch reserves the right to revoke or modify this trial offer at any time without notice.
5. No Refunds Post-Trial
Once billing commences, standard subscription billing terms apply. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused membership time.

Eligible users may receive free access to the Crunch platform for 3 months.
The trial includes full access to all Crunch features, including educational resources, community access, and live coaching sessions.
2. Subscription & Billing
At the end of the 3-month trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription of $49 AUD per month, unless cancelled prior to the end of the trial.
An email reminder will be sent 3 days before the trial ends, advising that billing will begin unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your trial at any time before the 3-month period ends to avoid being charged.
To cancel, access your Crunch account settings or contact our support team prior to the end of your trial.
