Over the past 40 years, through events like Fine Food, Naturally Good, Foodpro, and Foodtech, we’ve had the privilege of connecting with thousands of foodservice brands — from fresh startups to established household names.
And over that time, one thing has always been clear: the passion in this industry runs deep. The work ethic is unmatched. But when it comes to the business side of hospitality, there are some obvious gaps.
Too many café, restaurant, bar, and foodservice operators are expected to master finance, leadership, marketing, and operations on the fly, while juggling the day-to-day demands of running a venue.
