Over the past 40 years, through events like Fine Food, Naturally Good, Foodpro, and Foodtech, we’ve had the privilege of connecting with thousands of foodservice brands — from fresh startups to established household names.
And over that time, one thing has always been clear: the passion in this industry runs deep. The work ethic is unmatched. But when it comes to the business side of hospitality, there are some obvious gaps.
